Preston Le Gassick

Preston Le Gassick joins the BNZ Breakers after a standout NBL1season with the Gold Coast Rollers.

In his sixth season with the Rollers the talented 23 year-old guard was named to the NBL1 North All-Star Five after averaging 24.1 points and 7.4 assists per game.

Born on the Gold Coast to an Australian father and Kiwi mother, Preston brings a strong New Zealand connection and serious scoring power to the BNZ Breakers backcourt.

He played at NCAA Division II basketball at Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2025-26 where he was named to the Sunshine State Conference All-First Team after playing and starting in all 32 games whilst averaging 18.8 points and 4.6 assists per game for the Sailfish.
