Biography
After three seasons becoming one of the best two-way players in the NBL at the Cairns Taipans, makes the move to the Sydney Kings looking to take the next leap in his career.
Arrives at Sydney fresh off being part of history representing South Sudan at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games where he played a huge role with over 27 minutes in the three games for 13.0 points, 3.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists on 73 per cent three-point shooting.
That will have him come into his first NBL season now at the Kings feeling on top of the world and ready to build on the first 88 games of his career with the Taipans.
After being born in Sudan, came to Australia aged nine and grew up in Canberra, played SEABL (now NBL1 South) with the Canberra Gunners and then had a five-year college career.
Started with four years at California Baptist University and then after graduating, spent another season with the University of Detroit Mercy.
Returned to Australia to play at the Knox Raiders in the 2021 NBL1 South season which is where the Taipans signed him out of, and he went on to be NBL Rookie of the Year in 2022.
Had another strong 2022/23 season with the Snakes before playing with French club Le Mans before a third season with the Snakes for 12.7 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.7 assists ahead of going to Paris 2024, and now joining the Kings for NBL25.
