Biography
Is preparing himself for a first full season with the Brisbane Bullets attempting to get back to the level he was prior to knee complaints that had him one of the most decorated recent NBL imports.
Made his first appearance in the NBL at the Perth Wildcats for NBL16 and would go on to play in two championship with the 'Cats, and another with Melbourne United over the next three seasons.
Prior to his time in the NBL, the explosive swingman originally from Jackson, Tennessee, spent four years of college at the University of Florida where he was First Team All-SEC in 2014 in his senior year putting up 13.8 points and 5.0 rebounds.
After a season in the G League with the Bakersfield Jam, he found his way to the NBL to join the Wildcats for that 2015/16 season where he ended up playing in a championship and being named the club MVP for 16.3 points and 4.5 rebounds a game.
His numbers rose a season later to 19.5 points, 4.6 rebounds and 3.5 assists on his way to another championship and being named to the All-First Team along with another club MVP award.
Joined Melbourne United for NBL18 and was part of another championship triumph where he became the first ever player to win three titles in his first three seasons in the league.
It hasn’t been the smoothest of sailing since with stints in Greece with Promitheas, Russia with Khimki Moscow and Israel at Hapoel Eliat, but recurring knee problems curtailed him after an MVP season in 2021 in Israel.
Prior to joining Brisbane for the back end of NBL24, he hadn’t played since June 2021, but showed encouraging signs as he now prepares for a first full season at the Bullets in NBL25 as a new father.
