BNZ Breakers sign Guard Taylor Britt to two-year deal

The BNZ Breakers have secured the services of dynamic Kiwi point guard Taylor Britt, signing the Tall Black to a two-year contract (the second year being a club option).
"We are excited to bring Taylor into our squad where his winning pedigree and proven leadership will be valuable." said Dillon Boucher, President of Basketball Operations.
Britt is currently the Captain of the Canterbury Rams in the 2025 Sal's NBL season. He had an exceptional 2024 Sal's NBL season where he captained the Canterbury Rams to a second consecutive championship and collected multiple honours, including Most Outstanding NZ Guard, Most Improved Player, and an All-Star Five selection.
Britt's leadership qualities are well-established. He also showcased his international calibre with the Tall Blacks, notably recording 13 assists with zero turnovers against the Philippines in the FIBA Asia Cup Qualifiers.
Britt has prior NBL experience, having earned an NBL championship ring as a development player with the Perth Wildcats in 2020. His potential to be a key NBL contributor was recognised during his time there.
The BNZ Breakers are thrilled to welcome Taylor Britt and believe his skillset, experience, and dedication will be invaluable assets to the team.
